That was Sturmwacht 2026
Thank you for venturing with us once again to Ghost Rock and Sturmwacht Keep. You appeased Saint Jasra of Ilushar and banished her back into her relic, which is now on its way to Atteron. You thwarted assassination attempts and freed spirits, engaged in diplomacy and intrigue, traded, danced, celebrated, wept, fought, and solved riddles. And last but not least, you uncovered another clue in the mystery of Mitraluun: the enigmatic Lithic Archivist, from whom you were able to secure an invitation.
Many thanks to all the players who immersed themselves in the world of Mythodea. Thank you to all the shadowy figures who tirelessly roamed the shadows, stealing documents, plotting intrigues, and unmasking assassins. Thank you to all the inquisitive minds who eagerly attended lectures, gathering knowledge, sharing it, and discussing it. Thank you to all who sought cultural and diplomatic exchange with the Sarkanian factions. And thank you for every song, every poem, every laugh, every tear, and every intense roleplay.
And of course, a huge thank you to our NPCs! Without you, Sarkan would be nothing more than words on paper. Thank you for immersing yourselves in this world and bringing it to life for the players. Thank you to everyone who fought the players as battle NPCs – or imparted the knowledge of their dark factions through lectures and conversations. And thank you to the tireless jumpers who, as drowned, ghosts, assassins, and killers, brought terror to Sturmwacht. You guys are amazing!
And last but not least: Thank you to the team! To the tent builders and prop decorators, the truck drivers and box packers, the tavern crew and plot writers, the logistics experts and HQ queens – to everyone who works behind the scenes, thinks ahead and sweetens even the most strenuous minutes.
We’ll tidy up the castle now, sweep the cellar, and carry the mushrooms out of the courtyard. Then Sturmwacht will sink back into its winter slumber – until next year when the Night of Fortune calls once more. And with it, a new adventure.
